******************************** VTKSL acquires Verteka Limited system ********************************
24th May 10

VTK Structures Limited (VTKSL) has purchased the assets and intellectual property rights of Verteka Limited. VTKSL will continue the off-site manufactured wall and core system and will develop complimentary components and systems along side the Verteka wall panel applications. Production will be outsourced to 'Manufacturing centers of excellence' which will include 3rd party suppliers including Hanson. VTKSL have secured 2 projects which are to use the Verteka system.
