Berkeley Homes and Barratt Homes projects take PSF Benefits (Jun 09)
5th June 09

Morrisroe are constructing 4 concrete frame structures for Berkeley Homes in Tower Hamlets.  The demand on the single site tower crane is high and Verteka PSF is being utilized to alleviate the time required to construct the E-shaped cores on the 2 12 storey Tower Blocks.

Coinford are constructing a 9 Storey residential structure for Barratt Homes near Victoria Station. One of the lateral stability cores is to be constructed inches away from a Party Wall. This neighboring building is also to be tied into the new build core adding an additional level of complexity to the core.  Verteka PSF's bespoke offsite nature will allow these challenges to be overcome simply and safely on site.

The  Berkeley Homes project is currently at level 4, due for completion September 2009. Core construction on the Barratt Homes project will commence Early June 2009 with the structure's planed completion October 2009.
