Verteka Selected for Tower Hamlets Residential Project (20 Mar 07)
20th March 07

The South East based developer Henley Homes awarded Verteka Limited the contract to build 5 lift cores in their  Tower Hamlets project in London.  The buildings range from 5 to 7 storeys in height with the lift cores being assembled concurrent with the Light Gauge Steel (LGS) frame.  Work on the first building commenced in March 2007.  Verteka single storey modules are being installed in a single day, keeping pace with the rapid erection of the LGS frame which is being installed at a rate of one floor per week.
