Verteka core system to be incorporated into RC frame structure (12 Dec 07)
12th December 07

Verteka's PSF will be utilized to construct the upper lift and stair core, escape stair and columns in a 7 storey RC frame project. PSF columns and walls will tie directly into the RC slab providing lateral stability for the respective building levels.  With a focus on minimizing crane time for construction of items on project's critical path, the project team is looking to benefit from PSF's offsite assembled formwork and steel components.

Scheme construction began mid 2007, Verteka components will be installed commencing March 2008.
